Cannot create a synchronization with a Feature Service

I'm having a problem when trying to create a synchronization with a Feature Service. My data is versioned and it has Global Id. My problem is simple: the Feature Service cannot have a Group Layer but in order to "create a local copy for editing" I have to right click on the group layer... What to do now?

For enabling synchronization in feature service you need to put you feature class/shapefile in Enterprise geodatabase (arcsde) then right clicking the feature layer in sde then select manage from there select both enable archiving and enable editor tracking.

Thank you for your reply. This is what I'm experiencing: The Creat Local Copy For Editing is not able for selection.
