Terrain height datasets

Question

I am running ArcMap 10.6.

I am looking to find data on terrain heights for the continental US based on a lat/long. Is there a service for this anywhere under ArcGis or perhaps an online service? I am working with airline data and am drawing fishnets/tessellations of tracks based on AGL values.
