How to configure a story map template

Question

I like the following story map very much, but don't how to change the file to put my own layer inside.

I read the ReadMe file, but still can not fine the file like which one I should work with.  For example, I need to set up the filed, I need to change the base map, need to put my own layer in the app.  Any advice will be helpful.  Thanks a lot!

There is documentation on the ArcGIS for Local Government website to help you deploy the Crowdsource Manager configurable app.

Hi Jake -- the Crowdsource Manager configurable app isn't a Story Map, so I've moved this question to the Local Government space where you'll be able to get the best response to your question.

I'd also suggest updating the title of your question to reference "Crowdsource Manager" rather than Story Maps to better reflect the nature of your question so that you're more likely to get a good response.
