Any replacement for flexviewer Building Navigator Widget?

Is there any equivalent Web Appbuilder widget to the old FlexViewer 'Building Navigator' widget by Penbay Solutions? See https://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=a2a0da1d4cbf40de92636f9056e03926 . It seemed like such a good solution to help users navigate a 3D building through a 2D interface. I am trying to replace our old app that used this Widget, but it is not proving easy.
