Hello i´m new in arcgis desktop for personal use and arcgis online of organization. I created my Organization accounts, my Organization Name, Organization Admin Contact(s), but my Esri access is disabled, who i´m active it??????

Within ArcGIS Online, go to Organization > Members tab. Click the 3 dot button next to your account and you should see an option to Enable Esri Access:
