It is my first time creating a network dataset and I have noticed that after I created it If I go to properties and try to make any changes to it everything is grayed out. In other words, it is not allowing me to make any changes to the dataset after it has already been created. Any ideas why?
Is it open in another ArcGIS session? Be sure to close everything down.
