How do I specify a geocoding service in a python script?

locator = r'http://aserver/arcgis/rest/services/locators/streetaddress/GeocodeServer'

arcpy.GeocodeAddresses_geocoding("SQL_table", 
                              locator, 
                              "Street siteAddress VISIBLE NONE", 
                              "in_memory\\gcResult", 
                              "STATIC")
