About to get data from a Trimble Unit using Field Inspector Software..pipeline data.

What is the best and most efficient workflow to have the data from the unit imported to a Geodatabase using Arc Catalog?

Did you ever find a workflow for this? I am not at a company that has Trimble Business Center, but we are needing to upgrade our software. I am interested in what solution you found for going from GPS unit to geodatabase.
