How do I align right in the TOC

I would like to align right the TOC text (Hebrew).
Such that the plus marks will be on the right.
Is there a simple way to do it?

If you are using legend control then try putting arrangement :1 in your legend control it will render in right.Something like this

dojo.connect(map,'onLayersAddResult',function(results){
          legend = new esri.dijit.Legend({
            map:map,
            layerInfos:legendLayers,
            arrangement :1
          },"legendDiv");
          legend.startup();
        });
