Want the user to click a link that brings them to collector, opens a particular map, and only turns on particular layers in that map based on conditions in the URL.
Can such aa workflow be accomplished?

Is there a way to pass in a layer ID to turn on that particular layer? Or the ability to add particular layer to a map?
If this is a workflow that your users need, please post in an Idea about it, and include details of how you would make use of this functionality.
