Modelbuilder - cannot create geodatabase under folder.

Question

I have created a model where I first let the user select a directory to work in. So it should create two new directories under it, and a geodatabase in the last one.

I get det ERROR 000792: cannot write output to target forlder.

The same model work fine in ArcGis 10.0 sp3.

This is only a simple model I used to see if this went. And as I said. No errors in 10.0, but error in 10.1. It seems that it does not create directories before trying to create the geodatabase.

Have had a colleague with 10.1 to try too. She gets the same error message.

I am sorry you are getting this error. To understand this problem please can you please share your model and/or a screenshot of the tool dialogs used in the model.
