Can ArcMap 10.2 clients publish to ArcGIS Server 10.3? Thinking of pulling the trigger on upgrading my site to 10.3, but in no way am able to update 60+ desktop installs to 10.3 as well. What will we NOT be able to do with desktop 10.2 hitting server 10.3? Usually ESRI posts a compatibility matrix....not to be found. Can a 10.2 desktop publish a service to 10.3 server? Can 10.2 desktop perform disconnected feature service edits from a 10.3 server?
