An analogy of LoadOnly in ArcGIS Pro API?

Hello,

We are running into the issue described in this article Error: The spatial index grid size is invalid when loading data programmatically into file geodatabase with ArcGIS Pro SDK. The article recommends using the LoadOnly mode of a feature class when editing file geodatabase programmatically with ArcObjects, but does this issue has a similar solution for ArcGIS Pro SDK, or is there another solution you could recommend?
