Problem with the Print Tool in Web AppBuilder

I receive the error in the below image when I try to use the Print Widget in Web AppBuilder (ArcGIS Web Application )

Any advices on how to solve it?

I see mappe.comune.rimini.it:6080 .. : but is the service accessible using port 6080 ?
