Comparing results of 2 scenarios

I have 2 shapefiles of the same watershed with sediment export values (from each subwatershed) - one for baseline LULC and another for riparian reforestation scenario LULC. How can I generate a map showing the differences (increase/decrease) of sediment export?

You could perform a Union.

The output will have Attributes of Sediment Export Values from both shapefiles. Add a new field and calculate the difference (FLD_A - FLD_B) using Field Calculator.

You might like to label/symbolize the new shapefile based on the above values.
