feature to poly in 10.2

Does anyone know if there's still a way to do a feature to poly in 10.2?

It appears that was taken out and it was a useful function but Arc has gotten so convoluted it's hard to find things anymore.

Edit: Got it. It may have been a license issue.

This tool van be found in the Features Toolset inside the Data Management Toolbox, but requires an Advanced license (arcinfo). If you don't have that license, you will not have access to the tool.

The Feature to Polygon tool is where it's always been, AFAIK. Data Management -> Features

Are you sure the difference isn't that you used to have ArcInfo (Advanced) licensing, and now do not?
