Arcgis shutdown by itself after some iterations (Topo to raster)

Why arcgis crashes after some iterations? I have this problem in two different workstation and two different version of Arcgis (10.2.2, 10.3.1). I'm trying to iterate 1400+ feature classes to use as boundary input in topo to raster.

So... it works for eleven, twelve iterations and then arcgis shutdown by itself...

what is the cell size and the extent of the output raster?

Hello Ivan,

You could also define the parallel processing factor in Model Properties. Go to Model Properties> Environment Settings > Parallel Processing (check and click values). Define the parallel processing factor as 0 (zero). Validate and Run the model.
