This issue has been posed before, and supposedly there was an update or fix at one time. I'm setting up a client's AGOL and I'm getting this error when attempting to publish a service layer for them. Why?

I'm sorry I just saw this. I simply re-published it and it worked. It's happened a couple of times, but that seems to work somehow.
