ESRI Map Web Part page is empty (JavaScript)

I'm very new on ESRI map for SharePoint. I try to create a new web page on our SharePoint 2010 and add in Esri Maps Web Part (JavaScript). But it gives an empty web site. Why does this happen and what should I do?
