Add link to same page on a beta story map

I would like to add a simple link to an anchor on the same page.  This was possible before on the classic version but not now.  Is there a way around this?  I would like to add a table of contents at the beginning of the StoryMap so users could easily navigate down the StoryMap that way?

Bookmarks (similar to Cascade's) are coming in the next release (late March).

We're also looking at providing a way to manually create an anchor link to another part of the story (like you can with story actions in Journal), but we don't have a release date for that yet.
