Can Notebooks Beta be enabled on ArcGIS for Developers' ArcGIS Online?

As at this message I could not enable Notebooks Beta on ArcGIS for Developers'  in the developers' ArcGIS Online single user org > Organization > Settings > Member Roles > privileges as they are not there.
Can it be enabled, or is it planned to be coming to ArcGIS for Developers accounts?

Hi Shanon,

During the public beta the notebooks beta is available for the Developer's Subscriptions Builder plan and higher, you will find it in the Dev and Test ArcGIS Online organizations included with your account. For Essentials plan developers we do plan on adding access to ArcGIS Notebooks at a future date.
