chef-solo command cookbook argisdesktop getting error

Start Cooking with the ArcGIS Chef Cookbooks | ArcUser 

we are trying to install ArcGIS desktop and following the steps from above link.

We are following the below link for the cookbook for desktop

arcgis-cookbook/cookbooks/arcgis-desktop at master · Esri/arcgis-cookbook · GitHub 

we tried the cookbook solo command, moving all the contents of link to cookbooks folder, on C:\chef

We are getting errors,

Please can someone point exact steps to follow either tutorial or video and changes to make before running the solo command

Out of curiosity what are the errors that you are receiving in chef?
