Why do I have negative numbers in my Report

Question

Looking for a logical explanation, I think I have the answer but convincing the masses is another subject.

I have run a Domain check for further clarifiaction.

Total Percent Accuracy is calculated as:

(1 - (Total Results / Records Validated)) * 100
