Hi,

Please can you provide more information?

- The URL of the feature service would be most helpful (if it's public).

- If not, then a file geodatabase containing your data and the MXD which was used to publish that service.

- Where is this service hosted? ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Portal, ArcGIS Online?

- What version of the API are you using?
