As far as I know Esri is working on including a CIM extractor tool to be included in a future version that will allow you to export the connectivity in CIM format. .I don't have any details on how the model will look and what information will be included, but it is on the list of important enhancements that will be implemented in the ArcGIS Utility Network Management extension.
