Bridge Pier Occlusions

Question

I have created a bridge and there is a pier occlusion. Is there a way to fix this so that occlusions are avoided? I am using the complete streets rule.

I have determined to solution. Firstroads must be drawn in order  of lowest to highest (ground level up). Second you must use display praise regaurdless as you drudge setting. This keeps bridge piers off of underlying roads. If you draw a road under a bridge, the piers will not recognize it or readjust.
