How do I import an image and trace sewer network lines into my map?

Hello,

I would like to import an image of a sewer schematic and manually draw the sewage network. There are a few issues I have encountered with this:

1) How to import an image and align it to my area of interest in the base map

2) How to utilize the Utility Network tools in ArcGIS Pro to create a sewage network.

Any help or advice is appreciated!

Do you have the Utility network set up, including all the asset package rules and features?
