I would say your best place to start is here: Welcome to the ArcGIS Server (Linux) installation guide—ArcGIS Enterprise | Documentation for ArcGIS Enterprise

Many of the training videos available are for the usage of ArcGIS Server are not O/S dependent.

I think that the help documentation is fairly robust. I am not sure there is a tutorial that shows everything in a single video or so.

Installation, configuration, usage, installation (web Adaptor), Logs, Backup, restore, access control, site security, cache creation and managing resources.
