Servicio de mapas en ArcGIS Online Map Viewer y luego ArcExplorer Online...

He creado un par de Servicios de mapas y los he cargado en la ubicación 'My Contents' dentro de ArcGIS.com  El primero lo subí hace unas semanas y pude usar la opción "Open in ArcGIS.com viewer" para luego crear un Mapa web que finalmente se abre en ArcExplorer Online.  En ArcExplorer Online luego creo consultas que permiten al usuario 'zoom to' la extensión de la consulta satisfecha.  Ayer, el segundo Servicio de mapas se cargó correctamente en la sección My Contents de ArcGIS.com, pero cuando intento abrirlo usando la opción "Open in ArcGIS.com viewer" recibo una notificación de "Error on page" de Internet Explorer.  Ingreso solo la URL de mi servicio de mapas para ver la página informativa y luego uso la selección open in ArcExplorer Online, que también funciona bien.  El problema que tengo es que cualquier consulta que cree en ArcExplorer Online no permite que la función 'zoom to' funcione con ningún resultado de consulta.<\/SPAN>

The propblem I'm having is that any query I create in ArcExplorer Online won't allow the 'zoom to' feature to work with any query results.

If a service does not have the field containing the actual Geometry exposed publically, then Explorer Online won't be able to draw the shapes on the map or zoom to them, although the Query will be able to return a list of results - this sounds like it could explain your problem, depending on the services you're using for the query. Try making a query from the service http://sampleserver3.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/BloomfieldHillsMichigan/LandusePlanning/MapServer and you should be able to see and zoom to the results. You can see there is a geometry field available on these services.
