ArcGIS Server Log Message: Geodatabase Error. General Function Failure

Question

y ideas on how to fix this error (severe level) ?

Geodatabase error. General function failure.

Restarting the service works, but.....

Is there a way maybe, more like a health check on the services that would eventually trigger an alert and automatically restart the service before users complaining about the app not working.

Another error that we keep getting is this other one pasted here below

Method failed. HRESULT = 0x80070057: The parameter is incorrect

Bump!

We are also having this issue, but only on 1 service.  We do host thousands of services, so trying to understand why this 1 service is failing with this server log error.  Thanks!
