Christian,

You will notice in that Blog post that they do not attempt to access the REST services directory they are access a specific service (which is allowed vs browsing all services is not allowed).

Hi,

is the procedure of this blog still working?

When I try to access at http://services1.arcgis.com/XYZ/ArcGIS/admin/services as Administrator, I receive the response:

Current Version: 10.51

Services:  There are no layers available.
Supported Operations:   No operations supported on this service.

Although I have around 100 running hosted Feature Services...
