Feature Info Widget Won't Pull Info from an ArcGIS Server Service

Question

It will pull info from an AGOL hosted feature, but not from an ArcGIS Server Service......

Any reason why this wouldn't work?

Thanks for bring that. Unfortunately we cannot repro from our side. So we may need more details from you.

* What service you use? Currently, FeatureInfo only support feature service/ feature layer 
* Where is the datasource stored? It seems it is on a connected sde, not the server local storage? 
* Is the data sharable? If so it would help us debug.
