Can you add a WFS to to the online viewer?

When I add a WFS GetCapabilities URL to:
http://www.arcgis.com/home/webmap/viewer.html
the data seems to display just fine. But when I look at the 'Description' of the item, it seems to be reverting to WMS.

I'm guessing that currently there is no support for WFS??

Hi Mike,

I know that the status is still that WFS layers are not supported in the online map viewer. But do you know if there is any plans in the road ahead for adding WFS support?

Otherwise I guess we'll still have to add extensions like Geocortex in a solution to support WFS layers...

Hi Søren,

There are plans to provide wfs support within the mapviewer. We are looking at different options, and it may be late 2015 by the time we can support this. At this time, we are looking at possible options. Sorry, I cannot provide more specifics at this time.
