I need to load a shapefile and draw a point on top of it for the lat and lon input. I need to automate it using c++ or java. I am not able to do it. Can anyone please help me with it? For C++ i did not get any proper details.
Are you trying to do this using one of Esri's available APIs? If so, could you update me to which API you need to accomplish this in? ArcObjects, ArcGIS Runtime, etc?
