Geoevent - Add a Feature Output

Hi

I have installed ArcGIS Server and Geoevent 10.8 in a VM which is federated with Portal. Published a map service with feature access. But I cannot get the services list  in a drop down list. On mouse hover on "Publish Feature Service" - The specified ArcGIS server must have spatiotemporal DS or managed relational geodatabase. 

In our another 10.6 environment could able to display all feature services on Geoevent ArcGIS server.

Any clue?

Looking at the documentation on this:

Add a Feature—Process Event Data(10.8) | Documentation for ArcGIS Enterprise 

It says the following under Usage Notes:

The server to which you publish a new feature service must be either an ArcGIS Enterprise hosting server or a standalone ArcGIS Server with a managed geodatabase.

A hosting server infers that there is a registered Data Store of either a relational or spatio temporal variety.
