Error in the Table of Contents - Layers with Exclamation mark

Hi,

We are using ESRI Silverlight Viewer 3.1 to create a web application. Here, everything works good but what's happening is that - once after hitting the url - some of the layers are getting the exclamation mark beside it and the strange thing is the layers with exclamation marks are drawing on the map.

We are using Arc GIS 10.1 map services.

Could you please let us know as what has to be done to get this issue resolved?

Usually it means the service is inaccessible for some reason. See this post for some additional possibilities.
