Dynamic date display without a feature class or table as a source

Objective: On an Experience Builder page, display the date three weeks ahead of this week's Wednesday, preferably without using a feature class or table as a reference.

Use Case: Our parking officers issue citations for parking violations (not paying meters, staying over time limit in a lot, etc). When they write the ticket, they assign a court date of the Wednesday that is three weeks away. As an example: for the work week of August 24-29, tickets issued would have a court date of September 16th.

I have an Arcade code block that will calculate this value, but as far as I can tell, there is no widget in Experience Builder that would accept a block of code with no reference to data. For reference, this is in Enterprise 11.5. I will be upgrading to 12.1 before the end of the calendar year, but ideally, I'd find a way to do this that works in both versions.

It looks like in 11.5, you should be able to add data with Arcade. Essentially, you add (in your case, "create") the data, then bring it to a widget for formatting. Note that you need to create a featureset (basically, a dataset with a schema), not just the return value.

For example, if you wanted to display today's date, you'd go to Add data —> Arcade and add something like this:

Then, drop a text widget on the canvas and connect it to the Arcade data:

(You could add it as a real date by the way (instead of string), but I did that initially and couldn't find an in-widget way to strip out the time; if this were a real layer, you could handle that through Map Viewer, but that's not an option here)
