Use the information below to troubleshoot the common UI errors experienced within ArcGIS GeoBIM.

| Fail to load | GeoBIM app widgets may display 'Fail to load' messages if they require an update.
This typically occurs after updates to the supported version Experience Builder. | In order to avoid any Fail to load errors you must follow the steps in upgrade a GeoBIM project and app. Once completed, the GeoBIM project and app will be fully updated to the latest supported version of Experience Builder. |
| The link of the selected feature references a BIM document that is not available in this GeoBIM project | The Link Rules table indicates the source Autodesk project for the selected feature is not included in the GeoBIM project. | Ensure you selected the correct datasource on the Links page. - On the Accounts page, click the ... (More) icon on the Autodesk card and then click View.
- Verify the Autodesk projects that are connected to the Account.
- On the Links page, click Select data.
- Search for datasource that contains Autodesk Forma data which originates from the same project(s) connected to the ArcGIS GeoBIM project Account.

| The selected feature does not have a defined link | The Link Rules table indicates the rule expression does not have the required information to define a valid link. | Ensure the Link Rule configuration is using the correct fields and that your data contains the necessary information to define a valid link. | No data found | This message displays in the Issue Charts widget if: - Your GeoBIM project does not contain any Autodesk Forma issues.
- You have filtered the Issues layer to show New Field Maps Issues but none exist.
| To workaround the No data found message: - Run the Add Project Issues tool to ingest Autodesk Forma issues.
- Upload issues through the Field Maps integration with GeoBIM.

| No time extent | The Time Slider widget indicates that the selected layer does not contain temporal data. | See verify time data in a layer to check your layer is time-enabled. |
| No selectable line in this location. Click a line from the selectable layers. | The Elevation Profile widget indicates that there are no selectable polyline features in the area of the map that was selected. | If there is a polyline in the area you selected, ensure the layer is enabled in the Elevation Profile widget. - Click Settings.
- Click the Selectable Layers menu and verify the polyline layer is enabled.
