I was wondering if anyone else was running into this issue! I've been building my professional portfolio in StoryMaps - but we also heavily use the Attribution function for citiations on media.
I've been running into this issue where the sensitivity is so high, the pop-ups go away before you can click on them. I'm trying to figure out if this is a mouse setting, browser setting, or something else that might be causing this. No matter what I do, the pop-up goes away before I can click on the link.
