Edit: This may actually have been a bug. I turned off 'show pop-up' in the dashboard, saved it, and then turned it back on and saved again. Now the pop-ups are respecting the map viewer's settings. So weird.
There are certain layers in my web map that I wish to have pop-ups disabled for (such as political boundaries), but since the June 2026 update, my dashboard no longer respects the 'enable pop-ups' config in the map viewer. It seems the only option is to have either all pop-ups on or off using the map widget's settings. Can we please get this fixed? It's very frustrating, especially for non-GIS users who may accidentally click on features that should not have pop-ups.
