Set up a Near Me to select properties within a distance of a selected property.
It works! Wonderfully!
However, if the user wants to run it again on a second property, or run it again on the same property while in the same session, the Near Me does NOT do anything.
FIRST ATTEMPT (success!)
SECOND ATTEMPT - immediately after. (no near me buffer, no parcels selected)
Thoughts?
