ArcGIS Online sign-in prompt for SSURGO layers

Portal 11.5. We have Living Atlas enabled, as well as both Subscriber and Premium content. We can add all other Subscriber Content fine, but the SSURGO layers (e.g. USA SSURGO - Drainage Class) are prompting for an AGOL sign-in. Is something misconfigured here?

Hello - sounds like there is something wrong with how these items are proxied through your ArcGIS Online account in portal. There are a couple things you can try to correct this.

1. If you haven't already, you can update to the latest Living Atlas package which will reset these items as well as add any newer Living Atlas items.

2. If the above doesn't work, you can try restarting your Portal for ArcGIS Service. Note that this does require some down time for your portal.

If neither of those options work, I can help you debug this further.
