Monitor stop working after disk full

Our Monitor 2025.1 stop working after the disk was full.

We extended the disk but the Monitor still not working.

The Monitor server process is up and running and takes a lot of CPU.

The database is working (we can connect) but no new records is added.

All the command line gives the message that the service is not running.

The web page does not load.

We could not find any error messages anywhere.

 

What else can we try?

Hi @DerekLaw 

Sorry I did not update before but the Monitor return to life.

I restarted the process (before I wrote the post) and at least 3 hours later I could not access the web page.

The next morning it just work.

It looks like it took long time to go back to life but finally it happened.
