Map Image Layer Service time slider changes wont reflect in the pop ups in ArcGIS Pro

I have a Feature Service that is published both as a Feature Layer and Map Image Layer. The dataset collection is the SWOT River Reach which the geometries are static but new observations are updated daily. When viewing the Map Image Layer with the Map Viewer via web browser the time slider reflects the observations in the pop up when selecting a river reach. When opening the Map Image Layer in ArcGIS Pro, the time slider is not reflected in the pop ups and always shows every available observation regardless of what time frame is selected. It would be best to have continuity of features across both the Map Viewer and ArcGIS Pro.
