Problems with watershed modeling in HEC- GeoHMS

Question

I did watershed modeling in Hec-GeoHms and try to import in HecHms but it shows error and unable to import. Could you please suggest what was the reason. My GIS is 10.3, HecGoeHms 10.3 and HecHms 4.2. It show proj file is 3.5 version req to convert in 4.2

Thank you Dan, question is more clear now.  By the way, I am your former student. I am modeling a watershed for rainfall runoff analysis. All good but I am unable to import basin file or open project file which was developed in Hec-GeoHMS to Hec-HMS,
