New test environment: portal and server licenses

Question

Hello,

we are trying to set a test environment. Until now we had only production, but now we would like to have both.

We have existing license for arcgis enterprise 11.3 for prod.

Can we use the same license for test? How to get portal, server and workflow manager server licenses?

You should reach out to your account representative.  There is a lot of nuance around licensing, and most users here will only comment on technical matters and not licensing matters.
