ArcGIS Mission - Attempting to submit reports on small laptop screens

Attempting to submit reports on small laptop screen sis not possible because the report dialog completely blocks the map, and so the user can’t put the location crosshairs on the map. Any way to resize, or is this just a resolution issue?
