I need a way to export not only if a user has a Pro add on license assigned in Enterprise Portal, but what license level they have (Basic, Standard, Advanced). We have hundreds of users in each category and I need to bill each one differently. However, the Report functionality appears to be limited to ArcGIS Pro yes/no and no further detail. I tried to find a way to do this with python and could not find a way.
Surely something this simple must be possible and I am missing something obvious? I was unable to do this in 10.9.1 and thought it should be available in 11.5 but still appears to not be possible.
