Experience Builder Search Tool Slow and inconsistent

Question

I have rebuilt all of our old web app builder apps in experience builder (ExB). Previously in web app builder we had parcels being searched using the parcel id field and addresses being searched using the full address field. I repeated this in ExB. Here is an example of one of the apps that we are having trouble with:

I have told staff to enter the search criteria "13-xyzxy-000", where x is an actually part of the parcel number and then press enter, (just like web app builder) then when the suggestions appear under parcel click on that. and it will zoom to the parcel location. However, this is inconsistent, and may take several seconds of clicking on the suggested parcel before it works.

Hm, that link and the search bar within worked right away for me. I find that it sometimes help to configure the search widget to automatically select the first result because it starts to go right to it after you click enter.

I see what you mean about your experience builder. I do not have that type of issue with mine. Mine is a little different issue which I have reported to ESRI. Interesting how everyone experience issues differently. I will be reaching out to you.
