Publicly accessible view layer from a Survey123 generated feature service not showing any records

I created a view layer from a Sruvey123 generated feature service and shared it with public. The view layer is not displaying any results when viewing anonymously. 

In private tab:

 

When logged in:

On the hosted feature service, I changed to "Editors can see all features". 

Still no records showing on the view layer.
